Tobiasz is a Partner in the Tax department at ALTO. For many years he has been advising both multinational enterprises and big Polish companies from various industries. He is leading a dedicated team at ALTO which is focused on tax advisory for investment funds and asset managers.
On a daily basis, Tobiasz supports clients in complex restructuring projects, deals with tax planning for new business models, carries out tax audits as well as advises on current tax issues. His main areas of expertise include corporate income tax (CIT), value added tax (VAT) and tax settlements of financial institutions (e.g. investment fund companies, brokerage companies).
Before starting cooperation with ALTO, he gained professional experience working in the tax advisory department of one of the “Big Four” companies.
Tobiasz graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, where he graduated from two faculties: Finance and Accounting and Management. He was entered into the list of licensed tax advisors in 2013.
