- Personal Data
- While using the website at www.altoadvisory.pl, the User may be asked to provide their personal data necessary for the provision of services by ALTO:
- when consenting to use the Newsletter service (name and surname, e-mail address),

- The provision of any personal data by the User is voluntary. Providing the data listed in point 2.1 is necessary for the purposes specified in point 2.5.
- Users may browse the content on the website at www.altoadvisory.pl without prior registration or providing personal data.
- Personal data of Users who are natural persons (including natural persons conducting sole proprietorship businesses) will be processed by the relevant entities within the ALTO group as the personal data controller in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”). - .
- In the situations and under the detailed terms set out in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, ALTO ensures that Users whose personal data it processes are able to exercise the rights arising from the GDPR:
- the right to obtain information about the processing of personal data by ALTO,
- the right of access to the content of one’s own personal data (copies thereof) and to correct it,
- the right to request erasure of personal data from ALTO’s records, if:
- the User’s personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed,
- the User has withdrawn consent on which the processing was based and there is no other legal basis for processing,
- the User objects to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing by ALTO, or the User objects to processing for marketing purposes,
- the personal data was processed unlawfully,
- the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation provided for under European Union or Polish law.
However, the User’s right to request erasure of personal data will not be able to be exercised to the extent that ALTO must continue to process such data in order to comply with a legal obligation, or if further processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of ALTO’s claims.
- the right to restriction of processing — suspension of processing until the User’s objections raised with ALTO are clarified; in the event of restriction of processing, ALTO may process personal data only with the User’s consent (this does not apply to the possibility of storing it or processing it for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending ALTO’s claims),
- the right to object to processing for marketing purposes; upon lodging an objection, ALTO will no longer be able to process the User’s data for such purposes.
The User may exercise the above rights by:
- sending a request to the e-mail address: privacy@altoadvisory.pl,

If ALTO has reasonable doubts as to the identity of the User submitting the request, it may request additional information necessary to confirm the User’s identity. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data may be:
- sent by e-mail to: privacy@altoadvisory.pl,

- As part of exercising the right to control the processing of one’s own personal data, the User has in particular the right to submit a written, substantiated request to cease processing their data due to their particular situation, as well as to object to the processing of their data where ALTO processes it for the fulfilment of legally justified purposes pursued by ALTO, or where ALTO intends to process it for marketing purposes, or against the transfer by ALTO of the User’s personal data to a data controller other than ALTO.
- Confidential information concerning Users, including Users’ personal data, is protected by ALTO against disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as against other instances of their disclosure or loss, and against destruction or unauthorized modification of the indicated data and information through the application of appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
